LIMITED WARRANTY

Orange Man Commercial Juicers offers a limited warranty on all NEW Zummo and Frucosol Commercial citrus juicers and related equipment to the original buyer.  The warranty covers 3 years on defective parts and 1 year on service for defective parts or 99,999 counter operations, whichever comes first.  The parts warranty covers the machine, motor, electrical parts, and plastic parts but excludes coverage of the plastic front face shield (zummo and zummito only), physical damage, tampering, and normal wear. 

If service is needed, Orange Man Commercial Juicers must be contacted for service or recommendation of a service company PRIOR to any labor or service being performed. Our experience has shown us that we can fix 99% of our equipment-related problems quickly and easily by phone or e-mail in minutes. 

If a part under warranty needs replacement, the part will be billed, prepaid by customer, (including shipping charges) and shipped to you by the requested shipping method.  When the defective part is returned to us along with the model and serial number of the machine from which the defective part was removed, you will receive a refund for the defective part and your final cost will be for shipping only.  For Orange Man Commercial Juicers

Authorized maintenance or repairs that require service by a 3rd party qualified technician, we will reimburse our customers or pay a service company for work to be covered under warranty PRIOR TO the service being rendered.  Orange Man Commercial Juicers will only pay charges which we deem reasonable and fair.

DAMAGE

It is important to inspect the shipping box and unit when you receive it, looking for dents, etc.  If you notice any damage from shipping please note the damage on the carrier's (drivers) freight bill or receipt and obtain a signed copy.  Please call the shipper immediately and report the damage and request an inspection if needed.  Make sure that you keep all packaging (boxes, foam packing, etc.) 

Please contact us to notify us that the machine was damaged.  Orange Man Commercial Juicers will first arrange to send you the needed parts to repair the machine or arrange for pre-authorized free return shipping.
