Orange Man Commercial Juicers welcomes orders only from the Continental United States.
The unit is shipped out via “FedEx" or “DHL” (http://fedex.com/us/)( http://www.dhl-usa.com). Orders are normally processed and delivered within 14 to 21 days after funds have been deposited and accredited to Orange Man Commercial Juicers All orders are prepaid to Orange Man Commercial Juicers directly by personal check, company check, money order, cashiers check. Or through www.orangeman.biz via internet check, phone check, fax check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card and Diners Club. Prices may change without notice subject to U.S.D. and Euro exchange rates. Please confirm your shipping information to Orange Man Commercial Juicers by mail or e-mail when ordering. SHIPPING & RETURNS
Orange Man Commercial Juicers will allow a preauthorized customer to return unit via "FedEx" or “DHL” within seventy two hours of the unit’s arrival, which is the "inspection period". A full 100% refund on purchase price is only warranted on "unused", completely "new" machines and merchandise.
We reserve the right to a 10% restocking fee if the machine is returned without all original packaging material and a 25% fee if the machine has been used pressing fruit.
Please insure the shipment for its full value. Sender will be liable for the return shipment, whether it is lost or damaged. We cannot accept any return freight charges, collect, or postage-due return shipments. Securely pack items and seal the package. Attach To/From Labels to the package. Remove any other shipping labels. Please retain a copy of the shipping receipt and tracking number as this is your proof of shipment, if the machine is lost or damaged. Make sure the machine is absolutely clean and NO WATER is inside before shipping. We must charge you if the product is returned with missing parts, including the instruction manuals. Upon receipt of your returned merchandise in above described condition, we will promptly process a refund, less any fees.
